Although I try not to wish time away, the fact that it's March already (how did that happen?!) does mean that thankfully we're heading at full speed towards Spring and it's ever so slightly warmer weather. I'm a big fan of winter; the cosy jumpers, the hibernation and of course Christmas, but there's a point every year when I begin to crave the sunshine, the holidays seem a distant memory and it can get me feeling a bit fed up. Despite knowing this about myself, I find it far too easy to ignore how I'm feeling and usually forget to take the time to look after myself.
But this year I've really tried to do things a bit differently and since one of my lovely chums bought me some aromatherapy oils a couple of years ago, I've realised how much better I feel after surrounding myself with, and using products with, soothing scents. These are my current favourites, and yes, there's six; I just couldn't narrow it down to five. I have to say though that the candle is heaven after a long stressful day at work, and even better, you can get microwaveable refills which are both cheaper and better for the environment!
